When to order ?
Please place your order at least 2-3 months prior to the wedding date. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.

Normally, it will take about 20-25 days to make your dress after we got your payment. it also will take about 7-15 days for shipping,So you can get your dress in 2 months.
 
If you choose rush delivery, you could get your dress in 30days only.

We''ll give you the tracking number after we sent out your dress.

Please let me know after you got your dress.


How to order ?
Firstly, you need to choose the dress you love;

Secondly, you should make out the color and the size, then, click the button "Add To Cart", now the dress has been bought. If you want to buy any other things, you may click "continue shopping". Otherwise, you could drop "Proceed to Checkout";

Thirdly, you need make out the information as directions;

Last step is click "pay using paypal" button.Our service will send a size form to your mail box to confirm the color and size in detail with u after your payment.

All packages must be signed for pickup. If nobody is at home, your local post office or delivery company may hold your package and sent it to your home 1-2 times again. If you are still not at home, they may return the package to us. We will offer the postage for return. But, you need to pay the shipping cost for our posting you again.
 

 

Return Policy

Sorry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on below these items.
 
Since all dresses are made to order (manufacturers start making your dress at time of order, they do not keep inventory of any dresses). We can not accept any returns, exchanges or issue refunds. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to order the right size, color, style since all sales are final.
Our company only accepts returns in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered merchandise. We are, therefore, limited to accepting returns under similar circumstances. We carefully inspect every order to ensure it''s exactly what you ordered and in absolutely perfect condition. If you find something we missed, you have 5 business days from the time EMS delivers to the designated shipping address to let us know so we can remedy the situation immediately.
Damaged Items

Your merchandise will be carefully inspected by us before it is shipped to you. If you find any flaw or damage you think was missed during our inspection, you have 5 business days from the time EMS delivers to the designated shipping address to notify us that you would like us to re-inspect your merchandise. You must email a digital picture of the damage in question to shopofbrides@gmail.com. If we should be charged with the mistake, we will make you satisfy as you demand. Maybe all money will be refunded after deduction of the mailing and handling fees. Mailing fees will be charged again for any change and return of products. Please contact us within 5 days after receiving the gown. Failure to do so shall not be valid for any refund. Returned goods must be in their original condition. Return of gowns will only be considered for notice within 15 days after receipt of products. For additional time, we will refuse to receive the dress. Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for the gown being made to the wrong size if inaccurate measurements were given when placing the order.
